The following competitors have been selected as the finalists for the Sydney International Piano Competition. The final rounds will take place from the 18th to the 22nd of July at the Concert Hall, Sydney Opera House.

This is the final and most exhilarating week of performances, with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, that will draw together almost three weeks of competition and culminate with the announcement of the 2023 Grand First Prize Winner.

These six young pianists are among the top in the world for their generation and audiences will be treated to extraordinary piano playing and have the opportunity to hear and get to know these major talents before they become world names. Piers Lane AO
