Creation of Cultural Tourism Marketing Strategy for the Emerging From Darkness: Faith, Emotion and The Body in the Baroque exhibition featuring world renowned masterpieces including some never-before-seen works. Emerging From Darkness (EFD) will be one of the most important exhibitions ever to be held in regional Australia.

Drawn from partnerships with and loans from the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), the National Gallery of Australia and private lenders from across the country, EFD will showcase international masters Artemisia Gentileschi, Lavinia Fontana, Sofonisba Anguissola, Peter Paul Rubens, Valentin de Boulogne, Guercino and Bartolomeo Manfredi, among others.

Art Month Cultural Tourism Sapphire Coast

Communications Consultant for Art Month Sapphire Coast ; a month of art, performances, music, events and glorious food! This August you can trip the fantastic light down the 225kms of our spectacular coastline as local artists, performers, musicians, dancers, potters and sculptors display their wares in studios and at events, lunches, dinners and workshops in a celebration of our creativity.

Cultural Tourism Strategy Creation

We were engaged to develop an International Cultural Tourism marketing strategy for key events in the  Northern Territory  to attract audiences to Darwin during August to experience ART, CULTURE, MUSIC – A Week of Cultural Excellence. Five long standing nationally significant, world class events have come together to present the best of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art, culture and music. Participants in the project included • Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair • National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards • National Indigenous Music Awards • Garma Festival • Salon Indigenous Art Projects

The Taste of Tasmania  

Marketing Communications consultant for the 30th anniversary of the Taste of Tasmania in Hobart. Marketing and communications strategy created and implemented across all platforms saw increased domestic, national and international awareness of this event with an increase of attendance of  nearly 20% on the previous year. The Taste of Tasmania showcases the best in Tasmanian produce and is held yearly in Hobart, Tasmania.


Four Winds Festival  – Bermagui, South Coast NSW

JBMANDM was engaged to conduct an audience development campaign and to increase brand awareness in the arts, tourism and environment sector. Training and advice was also given for social media campaigns including the successful Grow & Flourish fundraising campaign. Further engagement in the following year to manage and develop social media platforms to stimulate ticket sales and to raise awareness in regional areas of NSW.

Destination NSW

Marketing strategy, audience development and promotion for numerous major events from cultural festivals to Sydney’s iconic New Years Eve. Major events included Sydney Island Harbour Hopping, Crave Sydney, World’s funniest Island, New Years Eve and Parramatta Lanes.

Development of media strategy and cross promotional activity to increase awareness of new facilities and increase visitation, especially into niche markets.
