Drawing on over 20 years of marketing experience, JBM+M strengths lie in creating, managing and implementing innovative marketing communications solutions – whether it be selling tickets for arts productions, promoting festivals, designing cross promotions for a liquor chain, managing international events, implementation and management of your social media channels or researching electronic banking for a major financial corporation.
JB M+M is managed by Jacqui Bonner, whose extensive marketing career includes working for multinational organisations such as Johnson and Johnson, The Shell Company of Australia Limited, ITT Sheraton, and Forte and Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts.
Since its establishment in 2000, JB M+M has successfully serviced a diverse array of clients, developing marketing strategies, managing re-brands, and creating and implementing marketing campaigns, on a national and international basis, for clients such as: Barangaroo Delivery Authority, Sydney Living Museums, Performing Lines, The City of Sydney, Sydney Festival, Parramasala Festival, Sydney Fringe Festival, The Big Anxiety, The Australia Council for the Arts and DFAT (Venice Biennale and UK promotions), the Sydney Opera House (over 50 campaigns including Message Sticks), Destination NSW, Sydney Youth Orchestras, The Taste of Tasmania, The Hughenden Hotel Group, The Spanish government – Taste Castilla-La Mancha campaign, AGB Events for The Lights of Christmas and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
In addition, JBM+M has had extensive regional marketing experience promoting and marketing events and festivals such as the Peats Ridge Festival outside Gosford, Four Winds at Bermagui, Illawarra Music Festival in Wollongong, Burradise Festival in Culburra, Message Sticks Indigenous Film Festival touring through remote areas in Australia and Dance on Tour – a 55 venue contemporary dance regional tour across 6 states.
In 2018 JBM+M was engaged by DFAT to manage and deliver the Australian Pavilion Cultural and Arts Program at the World Expo in Dubai 2020/2021 which will highlight Australia’s creative and performing arts.
Jacqui is hired frequently to speak on forums and panels and is a casual lecturer with the University of Sydney. Speaking engagements and workshops have included Arts Centre Melbourne, Arts North West, Information and Cultural Exchange, Australia Council for the Arts, Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Sydney University, Bega Valley Shire and Regional Arts Australia.
JBM+M has a significant interest in working with First Nation peoples to ensure the voices and stories of Indigenous peoples is heard.
