Fancy a night of good food, good laughs and good feelings?

The HYPE committee is excited to invite you to their charity movie night in support of the Sir David Martin Foundation (SDMF), who work tirelessly to help Australian youth in crisis. Funds raised go towards helping young people in situations of drug abuse, homelessness, mental illness and abuse.

We will be hosting the opening night screening of ‘Enough Said’ , a charming romantic comedy for grown-ups starring Julia Luis Dreyfus, the late James Gandolfini and Australia’s own Toni Collette. Ticket prices also include a drink, popcorn, light canapes by the fabulous Miss Chu, live entertainment and a gift bag.

All proceeds from the event will go to SDMF.

Date: Thursday 14th November 2013
Time: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Where: Palace Verona Cinema, Paddington
Cost: $30 per person

Tickets can be purchased online here .

More about the charity

SDMF was established by the former Governor of NSW in 1990. We work to get disadvantaged young Australians off the streets, away from unhealthy situations and into care and rehabilitation. Problems such as substance abuse, homelessness, mental illness, disengagement from society, unemployment and family breakdown are widespread among those we help. We fund three service programs which help young people to address these issues in a variety of ways, with a focus on returning them to education and training to find pathways to employment.
